I was called in for three in-person interviews spread out over a few months. The first interview was in person, not over the phone. The second interview was with my direct supervisor, and the third one was with the direct supervisor, the hiring manager, and the person currently in the role. No parking was provided, and I wasn't reimbursed for parking costs.

It was a pretty chill process. After I applied online, I just had a sit-down with one of the office managers to talk about what the job involves, my background, and what I'm looking for. They asked pretty direct questions, not trying to trick me, but more to get a feel for my personality and if I'd fit in since I'd be interacting a lot with parents and people outside the University. It felt more like chatting than a formal interview, and my manager was super nice.

It was a phone interview for a temporary position assisting a director. He was very welcoming and interested in seeing if I was a match for their needs. There were some differences in what they needed and my skills but they were willing to try me out. It took about 25 minutes and was very positive.
