Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process took quite a while. I applied back in October, and they reached out in December to check if I was still interested. After the initial interview, the subsequent steps were pretty quick, happening about one to two weeks apart. The people interviewing me were fantastic. They were very thorough, making sure I understood the job expectations. They also asked if I had any reservations and were happy to address any questions I brought up. They really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. It's clear they're dedicated to their work and are looking to hire great people.

I got a call and then a phone interview. They asked about why I wanted to apply for the school, a brief introduction and they introduced their departments briefly. They have asked me to share a work crisis I've dealt with and what I have learned from it.
