I first got a call for a screen, and then later that week had an in-person panel interview. The following week, I got an automated rejection email. It was a pretty smooth process and they communicated well. The contact was happy to answer my follow-up questions by email.

The interview for the Newborn ICU role had two parts. First, I met with either the nurse manager or the Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC). After that, I had an interview with my peers. Both interviews were pretty chill and I felt good about them. The peer interview was a good chance for me to see if the job and the work environment were a good fit for what I was looking for.
