The hiring manager reached out via email to set up a 2-step interview process. The first round was a panel interview, and the second was a technical round where I had to present my coding samples and explain them.

I first got a call for a screen, and then later that week had an in-person panel interview. The following week, I got an automated rejection email. It was a pretty smooth process and they communicated well. The contact was happy to answer my follow-up questions by email.

So the interview process at uHealth is pretty straightforward, it's got a few steps. First, you submit your application, then they screen your resume. After that, there's the first interview where they check out your experience and skills. If they need to, you might have some assessment tests. Then comes the second interview, usually with some higher-up management folks. They'll do reference checks, and if all goes well, they'll extend an offer. Finally, if you accept, you get onboarded.

So we had this group interview with the manager, cnc, and admin assistant. They'd ask a question and we'd each take turns answering. The manager seemed pretty distracted during this. Afterwards, they said they liked everyone so much that we should all come back for another interview with two hucs. That happened the next week, where they split the 8 of us into two groups of 4. Again, they asked questions and everyone got a chance to answer. I really didn't like the group interview thing, honestly. I don't think you can really get a good sense of someone without at least a few minutes one-on-one.
