The interview took place on Zoom. It was a nice, quick chat with questions that were on point. The questions were tough but fair. They asked about my past teaching work, my ideas on teaching, and how I've evaluated students before. Also, they wanted to know about my availability for teaching times, like for lectures and stuff.

Behavioral Case

Had two interviews, one with HR and another with a peer professor. The first was behavioural and the second was scenario/case-based. It was a pleasant process, not too much pressure. Got good details about the working environment. The campus was nice, and the location was convenient for the interview.
