It was a really bad and biased process, felt like there was no equal opportunity or equality rights at all. They didn't follow a fair process or procedure, and no feedback was given to candidates. The communications were also very poor and unprofessional, especially when compared to other places I've interviewed at for similar roles and organizations.

I got an email from HR at U of T asking if I was free to interview. So I had this initial call with the HR person. After that, I had my first round of interviews with HR and three people who would be in the department. Then, they emailed me again to see when I was available for the second round. This time, I would be speaking with the director this role supports, plus two other people from the first interview and two new people.
