The process started with writing constructive feedback. Then there was a face-to-face meeting to check for compatibility with the online culture. Domain knowledge was gradually tested, and finally, the process involved an Indian consultancy called Vandey.
- Explain the importance of your domain to an outsider.

The interview started with checking how much I knew about the subject and what my teaching style was. Then, I had to do a course on teaching, which tested my teaching skills and my knowledge about universities. After finishing the course, I was told right away if I got the job.
- How would you engage with students globally who have different requirements and skill levels?
Instructor
Had a quick phone call, then heard nothing for months. After that, I got an email and was given a short deadline of a week or less to complete an online training. The training was done using Moodle and a lot of videos. Even though Glassdoor wants a city for the review, the whole thing was done online and via email.
