It was a good experience. There were two rounds of interviews before I got the offer. The first interview was with HR, and the second interview was with the manager. Then, during the final interview, there was another person from the course development team. The process was fast and simple.

The interview process felt really friendly, though the recruitment itself was a bit of a hassle. The questions were focused on the subject matter, and there was a written component that was pretty long and needed a good amount of thought and really deep knowledge of the subject.

The process kicked off with a written assignment, then there were two interview rounds. First, a screening by HR, followed by a meeting with the line/business manager. Overall, the whole process was seamless and swift. The teams were supportive and assisted whenever help was needed.

It was a pretty standard process overall, starting with a phone chat, then two in-person meetings, and also two writing assignments to do at home. The whole thing took way too long, though. They also threw in some really out-of-line questions, like about marriage and kids.
