The interview for the Student Assistant I role at UTSA's CPE department was laid-back but still professional. The hiring manager made it super easy and kept me in the loop the whole time. It's probably a good idea to know about desk work and how to help with computer stuff.

The whole thing was online over zoom. They asked really common questions, mostly to see if I'd be a good culture fit for the team. I heard back really fast.
