First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at University of Texas at San Antonio.
Administrative
It was a slow process and felt a bit cold due to its formality. A panel asked a series of questions, but they seemed friendly. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I did get an offer, but the fact that salary was non-negotiable was a bit concerning.

Administrative Assistant
After submitting my application, I was contacted for an interview. The first interview had 4 interviewers, and each had a 6-page handout with about 20 questions. They asked the questions one by one, recording my answers. Afterward, I got a tour and had to complete an alphabetizing test. For my second interview, I met with about 12 people who asked me the same questions.

Administrative Assistant
I was surprised by how many questions were about my core values and how they fit with UTSA's core values. There were also some technical questions and the usual questions about qualifications. Everyone was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable, which helped with my nervousness. It was a really good interview overall.
