I had an in-person interview at their campus building, it was a pretty quick process. Even though I didn't get the offer, I wish I knew why. They just said other candidates were better.

It was pretty short and focused on my working experience and passion. They asked me about projects that I've worked on which were connected to the job post as well as my passion for research and the topic which were very important.

I applied and it took six weeks before I heard anything and was invited for an interview. There were three people interviewing and one person monitored for inclusivity purposes. It lasted an hour and was very friendly, polite, and professional. I had been asked to prepare a task and present it to them, and following the task they asked me 4-5 questions each. They got back to me the following week (4 work days later). FYI. I have had an interview with the UoS before where I also had a great experience in the interview except that I was ghosted after it haha.
