Candidate interview experiences

Project Assistant
The interview experience was pretty good. Three interviewers, who were all very nice, kind, and patient, conducted the interview. They started with a small test before asking some standard interview questions.
- What made you decide to apply for this particular role?
Project Manager
It was a 2 stage panel interview, I met with the Transformation Director and various heads of departments. They asked competency based questions like “tell me about a time that you experienced ….” It was professionally conducted by subject matter experts, not HR.
- Can you share your past experiences in stakeholder engagement?
Project Assistant
The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were able to reschedule the interview when I had a scheduling conflict. They got back to me two days after the interview and offered me the position. My future manager also gave me a great reference when I moved on to a new job.
- Why should we choose you?
- Why are you interested in working with us?
- What skills do you have that match this job?
