I had 2 interviews, one with the department head and another with a panel. There was also a take-home coding quiz covering PHP, SQL, and React. No live coding was involved. Everything seemed straightforward, and I'm unsure why I wasn't selected; perhaps there were more experienced candidates.

The interview was pretty straightforward. The first part was about my career interests and past experiences. Initially, the team was really responsive and answered all my questions. Then, there was a Skype call in June, after which I heard nothing until July 17th. I ended up following up with them about 6 times via email and way more times by phone. After all that, when I asked for some feedback on why I wasn't selected or where I might have gone wrong, one of the team members called me today and was quite rude about me following up so much. They said there was no feedback and just hung up without a proper explanation.

I was interviewed for a senior role. I followed up and they said they hadn't decided on me or the role yet. They mentioned they might downgrade the position and salary. This is odd because they complained about junior staff leaving quickly during the interview.
