It was a 30-45 minute zoom call with the PI. We talked about my research interests, any research I'd done before, and my analytical skills, like statistical software and data management stuff. No behavioral or situational questions.

I had a phone interview with my postdoc supervisor. We discussed my resume and some technical questions, which went well. Then, I spoke with various lab members, including MS and PhD candidates, a lab tech, and the lab manager, one by one. They were all very nice and friendly, and asked some easy questions. A couple of weeks later, I received the offer.
