I applied in October and the application included a motivation letter, transcript, and three references submitted through an online portal. The whole process took two months. I found out the results in April, and final acceptance was processed by June.

The interview process was pretty much all technical questions. The interviewer was pretty strict and asked a ton of questions that were easy to manage. I would do it again if given the chance. Make sure to prepare for the interview beforehand, no case study questions were asked.
