Office Administrator
The interview was clear and well-organised, and the panel were friendly throughout. It was an overall positive experience. I requested feedback afterwards but did not receive a reply, which I assume was due to workload.
- How would you handle situations where you have competing deadlines?
Administrative Assistant
I sent in my application and after about two weeks, I got a call to come in for an interview. When I got there, they showed me around the department. Then, I had a panel interview with two people. They were both nice and asked me questions about my skills. After that, I had to do a skills test, which included an Excel test and a test where I had to respond to a scenario. I followed up a week later and found out I didn't get the job.
