First round with HR, everything went great. Second round was with one woman, who was falling asleep during the call, only had 2 questions to ask and couldn't care less about anything I was saying. Waste of everyones time

Behavioral Presentation

Had a one-on-one with the department leadership. It was a conversation-style interview to see how much I knew about the higher education environment. They described the position and the chance to grow. It was a really relaxed process, which made me feel comfortable and allowed me to talk about my experience and education casually.
