It took a month to get an email for an interview, and then there was no response. There were no updates for almost 2-3 months after the interview process. I've emailed them for updates, but no response. Truly awful management.

The process started with a call from HR, who then set up an in-office panel interview. I specifically inquired about H1B transfer sponsorship, and they confirmed support. The second round was a panel interview where everything seemed to go really well. They used a list of questions to rate my answers, mostly focusing on past experiences. It felt like they really liked me as a candidate, and I got the offer. I accepted, but then about a month later, they rescinded the offer. It was a really strange situation.

I interviewed with both the department and HR. There were three rounds in total. Everyone was nice, friendly, and professional. I felt respected and really liked the experience and the time I spent there.
