It was an onsite interview, not a phone interview. We asked general questions about job skills. Excellent organization and communication skills are needed to prepare reports or SOPs for the experiment. Software skills and database management are also required for the large datasets prepared from the experiment daily or on a project basis. There was also a question about work authorization status (visa support, green card/citizenship).
