The interview process was really laid back and generally went smoothly! I got the chance to shadow and meet some of the people I'd be working with every day. I was able to ask a lot of questions during the interview. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, which I think is a good thing.

I had an interview with the Nursing Manager. It was a one-on-one. He talked about what GBMC ER is good at and what they aren't. He also told me about which patients would need to be moved to another hospital if they came to GBMC ER. Then, we toured the ER and the Radiology areas.
