Occupational Therapist
It started with an automated phone interview where I had to record my responses. Then, I was invited for a half-day session that included an interview, observation, and a tour. They gave a nice tour and had me join a group session. They didn't specify my role but encouraged me to interact with patients and help out if needed. It was pretty relaxed but also lacked clear direction. Afterward, I had a separate interview with the department head, which was pleasant. The questions were pretty standard, and I got to ask my own questions. To wrap things up, I had lunch with the whole OT team in that department, which was a cool, informal way to meet everyone and get to know them.

I applied for a full-time job on July 12th. About an hour later, I got an email with a link to schedule a 30-minute phone interview. Today, July 20th, at 11:30 am, I was supposed to have this interview with Allexa Contreras. At 10:30 am today, I got an automated email saying I had an interview in an hour. After the scheduled time passed by 5 minutes, I tried to reach the recruiter via the automated system, but only got generic responses like 'Your interviewer will contact you as soon as they can' and 'I encourage you to review your interview confirmation details.' Thirty minutes went by with no call or response. I tried calling their Candidate Care Center multiple times at (443) 675-6795, but no one answered. After about 6 minutes on hold, the automated system asked me to leave my number for a callback, which didn't happen. I spent days preparing for this interview and waited hours at my desk for a call that never came. It would be professional and courteous to inform candidates if something comes up or if a position is filled. I then received a new email with a different link to schedule another interview.

Business Analytics Specialist
I interviewed once in March and they seemed ready to offer me the position pretty quickly within a couple weeks. However, it wasn't a real offer because they were hesitant to disclose the salary, claiming it was 'offensively low' and they needed more time to secure additional funds. I had mentioned my current hourly rate of $40, which they initially seemed to accept, especially since they had been searching for a candidate for a year. After a lengthy seven-month wait for salary discussions, I received a blunt email from HR stating the offered rate was $31 per hour with absolutely no room for negotiation. This mirrors a previous experience where, after three interviews, I was informed the salary was $25,000 below my current earnings. Fool me once... I won't be applying to this company again. I really wish they had been more transparent about salary expectations from the start, particularly given how much it falls below industry standards.
