Behavioral Technical Case

It was an intimidating interview, with four senior staff members facing me. They were actually very kind, but it felt really uncomfortable at the time. Each person asked their own questions and took notes. I also had a test that took about 45 minutes. It involved an Excel task sheet where I had to apply filters to headers and do a pivot table (not sure if they asked for that or if I did it to impress them). There was also a task to prioritize workload and a set of letters to write for different situations.

The interview process was well-organized and started on time. The interviewers were friendly and introduced themselves. Before the main interview, there was a computer test to assess organization and computer skills. I felt at ease during the process. There were several interviewers involved. I received a job offer the day after the interview.

I saw the job on the company site and Indeed. Got an email about getting an interview 2 days after it closed. The interview was a week later. It was in person with 3 interviewers, no tests or anything. The main interviewer called the next day with feedback and was really thorough. I think they did a background check too.
