We had group interviews with about 20-25 people. We did one group task and then each person had to answer one individual question in front of the group, which was like what a potential student might ask you.

First, you'll do a presentation where you talk about why you should get the position and what changes you'd like to see in the department. After that, teachers and students will vote. You'll also need to run a campaign to show why you'd be the best choice.
