The interview experience was good. They asked about my past work and education. The interviewers were nice and approachable and didn't try to trick me. Just make sure to answer the question asked.

The interviewers were really chill. There were three of them interviewing us at the same time. They asked about stuff on your application and your past experiences. They also asked some motivational questions and competency questions about things like teamwork, how you manage your time, and your communication skills. They want to see that you can get the job done with little supervision.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied through the university website and got an interview offer about two weeks later. The interview itself was a week after that. It was kind of a weird interview. The interviewers seemed pretty indifferent and didn't even try to shake my hand when I came in. One of them kept looking at her watch even though the whole thing was only about 15 minutes. The questions were basically the same ones from the application, so it didn't feel like they were trying to get to know me. The task, which was to create a two-week itinerary for some delegates on an international visit based on a few emails, was harder than I expected, but I guess I did well on it. They told me the next day that I didn't get the job, which was at least a quick decision. Overall, it was just a bit strange, not a total disaster though.
