So, first up you send in your resume and a cover letter. Then, HR does a quick look to see who they wanna talk to. After that, there's usually a quick phone call to check if you're basically qualified. If that goes well, you'll have some more detailed interviews, either in person or online, with a few people. For some jobs, you might have to do a test too. Sometimes, a final chat with higher-ups happens before they check your references. If you get through all that, they'll send a formal offer with the pay and benefits, and then you get onboarded to learn about the company.

The interview process was good and chill. The staff were easy going. Prepare for your respective fields and ask some detailed questions that are relevant to your PI. Show your interest by doing so! Make sure that you know what the role is about as PIs can make your role for you if you are not careful. You will be stuck doing something you are not interested in.
