They had a written test and an excel test that took over an hour, followed by a face-to-face panel interview with managerial staff that lasted more than 20 minutes. The interview mainly consisted of situation-based questions. It felt a bit intimidating, but overall the tone was friendly, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

The hiring process involved both a written test in the morning and an interview in the afternoon. The written test was done on paper, which might be challenging for those accustomed to typing. I met with two friendly interviewers, a director and an associate director, for the interview. It felt more like a casual conversation, making it a really positive experience.
