I had an interview with a committee of five people on Zoom. They all asked me questions. At the end, they asked if I had any questions. It was short, only ten minutes, and I will have another interview.

I stalked the iPaws page daily because jobs would disappear after a day. Applying was easy since my resume was on file, allowing me to spam it to all relevant positions. After months of applying with no response, I applied for my current role and got called back quickly. I received an interview offer less than a week later. The interview itself lasted about an hour and was very pleasant. I met with the business manager, department head, and two coworkers who all asked questions. Our department is small, so mileage may vary. The campus is huge and easy to get lost in, so I arrived super early and waited with coffee. The questions focused on my past experience, asking for more details.

Behavioral Other

The interview questions were pretty standard, almost boring. The employees seemed bored too. The interviewer described the work culture as typical for most offices: quarterly reviews, weekly meetings, mandatory skills workshops, and a strict schedule for lunch and breaks (an hour for lunch and 15-minute breaks every three hours).
