You'll need to send your resume over email first. Then, the office manager will call or email you to schedule an interview. The interview itself will be with the student manager and staff manager, and it should last about 30-55 minutes. Expect to hear back about an offer within a week or so.

I don't want to id the exact position/department because it would be too obvious. However, I thought better of Uconn before this. After 3 interviews, nobody had the courtesy to say "no thanks." They just ghosted. Very professional. Also, don't pressure your applicant to make up an answer. If somebody says they don't know, leave it at that.
