Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed via Zoom on 1/10/25 with two senior people from the UCF College of Medicine's Office of Access, Belonging & Community Engagement. They asked me general questions about my prior academic work experience and how I manage organization and task prioritization. They mentioned they need an administrative assistant who can handle diverse duties like writing copy and scheduling meetings. The interview was friendly overall, but one of the senior members seemed a bit impatient, especially when I inquired about his proudest accomplishments at the College of Medicine. While I think I could work with him, I didn't get the impression I'd enjoy him as a supervisor.

The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. After several days I received an email asking me to submit some of my work on Excel worksheets from my previous employer for review.
