Behavioral Technical Presentation Group
It's just one interview, with both behavioral and technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There are 2-3 interviewers, and at least one is a current tutor. You'll be asked questions like: 'Why do you want to be a tutor?', 'Do you have any teaching experience? If so, why do you want to continue?', and 'How would you describe your teaching style?'. Then, there are 2 role-play sessions where you'll tutor one of the interviewers. This is mainly to see how you handle difficult or unexpected questions. After the first role-play, you'll get feedback and can use it in your second 'tutoring' session. That's it. They'll tell you the deadline for contacting back at the end of the interview.

I applied for the tutor position through the student learning center and had an in-person interview. After volunteering for one semester, you can get paid. Some tutors can become class leaders, which involves preparing class materials, quizzes, and exercises. The whole process was pretty easy.
