I applied online through the job portal. About two to three weeks later, I got a call for a pre-screening. The next day, I received another call, and they asked me to come in for an interview later that week. They emailed me the job description and directions to the campus building. I met with four people: three from the office and one from HR. They asked me behavioral questions and about my experience. They requested three references, which they called the following week. I got an offer a few days after that.

I applied for the job a few weeks ago and got a call from the office administrator who wanted to set up an interview. I was really surprised to find out it was a panel interview! The interviewers had printed off interview questions from the internet and barely made eye contact with me while reading them. Whenever I answered a question, they would look at each other. It was a very strange dynamic.

It was mostly behavioural questions, about 7-10 of them, asked by two managers. I heard beforehand that the place was toxic, but still, I was surprised by how defensive they were in an interview. It felt clique-ish.
