Got an email from a recruiter about the team's interest, then a call with HR to set up a time. Then I went in for an in-person interview with the manager and ANM. They showed me around the unit. Asked some pretty standard questions. Got the offer via email and a call from HR.

The hospital interview process was nice with friendly recruiters. The hospital itself is confusing, but the staff are friendly and help direct you. The interview and onboarding process was quick, but since it's spread out across the campus, it's easy to get lost.

We had a formal sit-down interview with the assistant nurse manager. They asked a few 'tell me about yourself' questions. It was mostly behavior questions, like how you work with your coworkers, and how you handle situations where you don't know how to do something.
