First, I was contacted by the recruiter to set up the interview. Then, I had a single interview with the manager who would be my direct report. The manager seemed hurried and not very engaged during the interview. When I asked about the career path and the expectations for the first 6 to 12 months in the role, they seemed unsure and stumbled over their answers.

After I applied, I got an email with a link to do a video interview. It's a video interview that you can do whenever. They give you one practice question, which won't be recorded. When the real interview starts, you have 2 minutes to read and think about your answer. You get 2 tries to answer. After the first try, you can listen to it again. Then, you can either delete it and try again or go to the next question. If you decide to answer the question a second time, you can't listen to it again, the system automatically takes you to the next question.
