After submitting my online application, the unit director called me within three days for an interview. I met with the director and some of the staff nurses from the department that day. It was a pretty chill interview, professional and to the point. Afterward, they gave me a tour of the department and introduced me to the doctors and the team, who also asked me some standard questions.
