Analyst
The interview process was really intense. First, there's a screening round that's pretty quick and mostly behavioral questions. Then, you have to build a memo for one of three companies they give you. The last part is presenting that memo to the whole team, which takes about an hour. It's a steep learning curve but great experience if you want to get into VC.
- Can you tell me about a startup that has caught your attention and explain your reasoning?
Venture Capital Intern
The first step was answering three questions: why you want to work in VC, and to pitch an investment idea. Then, there was a presentation round where you had a week to prepare and choose one of three companies to present on.
