I was interviewed by three people. They used a scenario and asked me questions, and they wrote down most of my answers. Overall, it wasn't too bad and was pleasant. They gave me enough time to answer, and the questions weren't difficult.

Student Leader
first they review the application, which includes a motivation letter. if selected, you'll get an email to schedule a MS Teams interview with three Outreach team members, including HR. the outcome is usually given after about 2 weeks.
- What would be your course of action in a bullying scenario?
Intern
It was a pretty typical interview. They asked some basic questions about how I work, my ethics, and my career goals. It felt a bit daunting because it was a group call instead of just talking to one person.
