I got a Zoom invite with the panel members' names (there were 4 of them). When I joined, they didn't introduce themselves and just started asking scenario-based questions; each of them asked 2-3 questions. After I answered each question, they just moved on to the next. I also had to do a data entry test from source documents to CRF. The whole interview felt forced and unpleasant, they were unfriendly, no one smiled during the 20 minutes and it was a bad experience overall.

I was interviewed by 2 women, the head of the CTU and a Senior Data Manager. They asked about my background and why I wanted to work there. I was also given a scenario to assess my problem-solving skills. The panel was friendly, but I didn't get the job, which I expected as a recent graduate with no experience competing against seasoned professionals. The department seemed great, and I also had to complete a test.

The interview process was pretty standard. It lasted about an hour and involved two interviewers. They asked a lot of technical questions about equipment and regulations. They also wanted to know about different experimental techniques and asked me to go over my CV and relevant experience. A significant part of the interview focused on how I would deal with difficult colleagues, presenting various scenarios.
