First, they screen your CV and application to see if you have the right technical background (like engineering, electronics, physics, mechanics) and hands-on experience. If you seem like a good fit, they'll invite you to take an online test. This test lasts 90 minutes and is probably a mix of multiple-choice questions, short calculations, and some reasoning problems.
