In the first interview, I had to fill out a questionnaire about my professional and personal life, and write an essay about myself. After that, they asked about my previous job activities and why I left. They mentioned the vacancy was for the personnel department. Regarding personal life, they inquired about who I live with, whether I rent or own my home, and my parents' professions, which I found irrelevant. The second interview repeated questions about my professional life. Regarding the job role, it involved triaging emails for the department. Benefits mentioned included a compatible salary, transportation allowance, health insurance, a basic food basket delivered home, and a uniform.

The process was slow but well-organized. There were two interviews: one with HR and another with the Department Manager. The process took place over two non-consecutive days, with a week's gap between them. On the first day, I had to write an essay, which I believe was a standard 'who am I' prompt, followed by a one-on-one interview with HR. Candidates who passed this stage were invited for a second interview with the area manager. I was called a week later, and upon arrival, there were four of us. We participated in a group interview with the manager, who explained the role and the profile she was seeking. Afterward, we were each given a computer to complete tests: drafting two emails to be sent to her and the secretary, and two Excel tests. Passing this phase meant being hired. I was informed by HR that I passed and needed to bring my documents the next day. I gathered everything and submitted it. Upon arrival, my documentation was reviewed, confirmed to be in order, and I was given instructions to fill out forms for medical insurance and a basic food basket, with an appointment scheduled to submit them at the main office the following day. I complied. At the main office, I submitted the documents and underwent a medical examination, where I was deemed fit for the role. Just as everything was set for me to start on September 3rd, I was unexpectedly called by HR, who informed me that the position was suspended and I needed to retrieve my documents from the main office. They couldn't explain why this happened, nor did I receive feedback from the responsible department. I had to travel back to the main office to collect my documents, which is quite far. I initially requested they forward them to a closer campus, but was told it wasn't possible as I needed to sign a withdrawal form, and it had to be done at the main office. I declined two job offers during this period and felt significantly inconvenienced and disrespected.
