In the first interview, I had to fill out a questionnaire about my professional and personal life, and write an essay about myself. After that, they asked about my previous job activities and why I left. They mentioned the vacancy was for the personnel department. Regarding personal life, they inquired about who I live with, whether I rent or own my home, and my parents' professions, which I found irrelevant. The second interview repeated questions about my professional life. Regarding the job role, it involved triaging emails for the department. Benefits mentioned included a compatible salary, transportation allowance, health insurance, a basic food basket delivered home, and a uniform.

They first get in touch by phone or email. Then you fill out a form with your personal details and write an essay on 'Who am I'. After that, you go to a room where the interview starts. Two very friendly and polite people make you feel at ease. If you pass this stage, they call you for another interview round with supervisors. In this second stage, you give a short presentation about your professional experiences. Then you participate in a group activity where they choose the topic and observe everyone's performance. Finally, you write an essay on why you believe the company should hire you. If you pass, they call to inform you about the next steps. It's a bit challenging, but it's a good company with study opportunities.
