I applied online and received a call about a week later. They invited me for an interview the following week. The interview took place on the second floor of a building in City Walk. It seemed like a lot of young people were there. We had multiple interviews and completed a test. I did well on both and was asked to return the next week for a group interview. This second interview focused on teamwork. We had to create our own theme park and build a castle using Legos. One person was chosen to memorize the structure behind a curtain and guide us in building it. It was a fun experience overall. Remember to stand out and help each other.

I interviewed for a general position. My first interview was quite general. Then I moved onto my second interview, which was for the opening of Harry Potter. All the questions were around that. Since I'm a huge fan, it was nice and made me feel more at ease. I was then asked to pick which role I wanted, and I chose cashier. I'm not sure how the process works now.

I learned about the spring hiring for Universal and got ready for what I thought would be a tough interview process. When I got to the HR office, I saw other applicants dressed very casually. I filled out an application on a kiosk, waited about 30 minutes, had an informal interview with a group, and got a job offer right away. It was a great summer job.
