I signed up for an interview online after getting an email invite. I chose the earliest slot, 8:30 am, and got there at 8:00 am to make sure I could park and find the building. The HR building doesn't open until 8:30 am, and there was a bit of a queue. I filled out the paperwork they gave me. Later, I had a one-on-one interview, and at the end, the interviewer said they were happy to move me to a second interview with someone from the Merchandise team. I went back to the waiting area and waited for the next interview, which started around 10:30 am. This second interview was a group setting, with me and another person interviewing for Merchandising. We were asked the same questions back and forth, like a group chat. The interviewer asked if I had any preferred park locations, and I listed three; I was then placed in one of those. I confirmed I had open availability and wanted full-time, which was approved. I then went back to schedule orientation days. After that, I joined a group to get fingerprinted, and then returned to the waiting room. The final step involved another group session where we received a packet, completed more paperwork, and took our ID photos. They mentioned the ID photo can't be retaken for the entire duration of employment, so make sure to look your best. The whole process, starting from my 8 am arrival, likely concludes around 2 pm if you're hired. I have three orientation days scheduled non-consecutively. Day 3 was rescheduled, and I've already given my current job two weeks' notice, meaning I'll miss a week of pay. My advice is to expect the hiring process to take 3 weeks to a month before you can start, so factor that in if you're resigning from your current position.

It was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my previous experience related to the role. The job requirements involve standing for long hours and having good written and verbal communication skills because you'll conduct lots of surveys with people throughout the day. Shifts start really early (like 6 am) and finish really late (like 2 am), so you should have a car and live close by. In the end, they tested my typing skills, which was really easy too.

The interview process involved a phone screen and then an in-person interview. The questions were very direct, taken straight from a list, and didn't really allow for much discussion. I heard back about the job within 2 to 3 days, but I didn't get an offer.
