So there were 3 stages in total. First, a recruiter let me know I'd been sent to the hiring manager. Then there was a phone screening. The last step was an interview with the hiring manager.

I had a 30-minute phone interview where I answered some survey and behavioral questions. It wasn't too difficult, and you can prepare common questions beforehand. Then, I was invited for an on-site interview with the hiring manager to discuss technical skills.

I had an audition, which was pretty standard for me as a performer. The audition went smoothly and felt fair, and I got the results right away. There were quite a few rehearsal dates lined up, but I think I would have enjoyed them because I would have been with new friends.
