- What makes you want to work at Universal?
Security Officer
They have a pretty straightforward process. You apply online, and if they like what they see or have an opening that fits, they'll email you to set up an interview time. When you get there, Resort Security will check you in and give you some instructions while you wait to be called by the interviewer. If everything goes well, they might offer you the job right then and there, and they'll take your fingerprints and photo the same day. After that, you'll come back for orientation to get all the info you need to succeed at Universal Studios Orlando.
- Be ready to answer any and all questions in an appropriate manner.

The process is made up of two interviews. One is for Universal studios and the other for security. Both are behavior type questions. The first interview focuses on your fit for the company and is done by someone from hr. The second interview is done by security management and focuses on topics related to security.
