resume scanning if everything is ok, then they will call for a phone interview with HR. Then will have a second interview with managers. I don't know what will have after the second interview but everything should be fine.

After applying online, HR reaches out by email to set up a phone screen. The last interview is with the hiring manager, and it's in person. The whole thing was pretty easy, took about two weeks, and everyone was nice.

It was a short introductory call where they explained the role and what's expected. It felt more like I was just answering questions on a checklist than a conversation. Oh, and a crazy detail: if you get hired, there's a 90-day probationary period where they take 10% of your pay. No thanks.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was smooth. The meeting with the supervisor went well, and HR gave a verbal offer. But the salary and remote work details from the supervisor's interview were different from what HR said, so I asked HR for clarification, not a raise. Then HR ghosted me and sent a rejection letter a few days later. I don't understand what happened and think the company was unprofessional. Job seekers, don't get your hopes up until you have a written offer.
