First you apply, either online or in person. Then you wait to hear back. After that, you go in, get past security, and check in. You'll fill out a quick form asking for your personal details, when you're free, and what kind of work vibe you like. Then, you chill in the lobby and watch some Universal movie clips. Soon, you're called for a first 1-on-1 chat in a cubicle-filled room. They'll ask you basic stuff about your past jobs and why you wanna work here. After that, you're moved to another room to wait (yep, more Universal movies) for another interview. This time, it's in an open-air room with desks, where a manager figures out which job fits your schedule and skills. Then, you go to a room to sort out your orientation dates. After a bit more waiting, you get some paperwork for your pay, and then you're sent off for fingerprinting and a photo. You're hired!

Had to reschedule the interview, which was easy, but it did push the date back 7 days. They give you a questionnaire to complete when you check in, so make sure to fill it out fully and don't lose it. I waited about 30 minutes in the waiting area. The interview was in a cubicle with an HR person. It was a lot of behavioral questions, so definitely use the STAR method. Know the job you're applying for and have some info about the company. Dress professionally and be friendly and outgoing. To get to the HR building, use 6424 Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32819 as a GPS address and enter via Vineland Rd. Turn onto Backlot drive, and you'll see the Applicant Parking/Human Resources sign. Drive down to the HR building; it has a large curved entrance with a sign that says Human Resources on a blue background.

I applied online and did a personality test. Then I was able to schedule an on-site interview, which was two weeks after I applied. During the on-site, they asked about my resume and past jobs, plus some behavioral questions about customer service. They also confirmed if I was okay with the starting hourly pay. After that, they let me know if I was moving on, usually within a week. The next step was a group interview with 3-5 people. We all had to try selling a pen, and then they asked more behavioral questions about sales and customer service. After our group finished, we waited about 30 minutes for a decision. Four of us got hired.
