It took a while to get started, but once my first interview happened, it was pretty straightforward. There were 2 interviews, one with HR and then the hiring manager. I heard back within a week after the second interview.

I did two phone screens first to see if I was a good fit. Then, I had three separate Skype interviews. I'm not sure if this is typical. Even after all five interviews over two months, they didn't even send an email to say they hired someone else, leaving me totally in the dark. I know it's a big company, but after that many interviews, I thought I'd at least get a rejection email.
