Marketing Intern
The interview experience was quite informal and relaxed. It felt more like a casual conversation with two friendly and welcoming staff members, and was generally laid back.
- Tell me about your favorite artists.
Marketing Intern
First I had a screening interview with general questions, same for all levels, like tell me about yourself and what level you'd want to work and why. Then they contacted me about a specific level and I had a second interview with the manager. After that, I had another interview where they asked about my music tastes and my strengths.
- Tell me about something you are very good at.
Marketing Intern
We had 4 video call interviews with different team members. The screening was virtual, laid-back, and professional. The first interview was a general chat about my CV and passion for music. The second was about my interest in music, going deep into the acts on the label. The third was about my interests and views on creating an effective marketing campaign. The fourth involved me giving a presentation on emerging markets and music business revenue streams.
- If you were given a budget, how would you allocate the majority of the funds?
