Behavioral

This was a quick process and the recruiters and hiring managers were very responsive. The interviews were behavioral and felt pretty relaxed. They ask for 5 references, and 2 of those need to be from supervisors, at some point during the hiring process. I had a good experience interviewing with the managers and recruiters; they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Had two interviews, they were pretty standard. I met with the manager and the director. It wasn't too difficult, and I got an offer really quickly. There wasn't any flexibility on salary though, and the merit increases are quite small. It's a good place to start a career but maybe not to stay in long-term.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty long and involved a lot of chasing from my end to get status updates, took weeks of emailing. First up was a quick 10-15 minute chat with a recruiter. Then, I had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person meeting with the director, also about 30 minutes. All the interviews were quite easy and focused on behavioral questions. They also require five references, with two needing to be from managers, before extending a final offer. A drug test and background check are also part of the process.
