The interview was with the principal of the school that needs someone to fill the position. It was a great interview for Universal Vare. It was 3 people asking questions during my interview. The interview was held virtually. Some people are asked to do an in-person one.

So, you'll have a bunch of questions from the assistant principals and the principal. Sometimes other folks like instructional coaches or co-teachers might join in too. They'll ask about things like your classroom management and your growth mindset. Make sure you're ready with examples from your own teaching history.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. It involved a simple meeting and conversation. The standard entrance processing was very flexible regarding scheduling. A standard employment contract was offered after a relaxed meeting. Additional processing was required for the background check, so make sure to bring all your clearances and documentation.
